COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Master Level Controls CT1-275-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Measurement-Specialties products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microdetectors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Microscan product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Measurement-Specialties such as the LM3100000F100PG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CST509 manufactured by Microdetectors and we are pleased to be able to service most Microdetectors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FIS00031003D by Manufacturer Microscan as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro-Switch Brand FEMLS53B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mks such as DMB12TGACJNHF54 equipment made by Mks have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mks products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mks" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7000122212140500 made by Murr as well as the popular ANL1651AANL1600A original spares produced by Matsushita Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SM125k by Muse and DMB12TGACJNHF54 spares by Mks are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 234633 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mettler. |
